THE Challenge

Arbela Statovci, a serial entrepreneur known for her versatility across multiple disciplines and political activism in Switzerland, faced significant challenges in her early thirties. After battling breast cancer, which presented not just health challenges but also financial strains due to her self-employment, Arbela became a passionate advocate for breast cancer awareness. She dedicated herself to aiding individuals, especially women, in building financial security to avoid the predicaments she encountered. Despite her varied interests and activities, Arbela sought to consolidate her efforts under a cohesive brand narrative. Her ambition was to enhance her advocacy work, seeking ways to monetize her efforts to commit full-time to this cause and build more awareness. Amidst her chemotherapy treatments, she initiated a foundation in her native Pristina, Kosovo. As a Swiss-Albanian dual citizen, she aimed to replicate the support systems available in Switzerland for those in Pristina, where such resources are scarce.

The Solution

Arbela Statovci had a solid foundation to leverage. Our approach helped her refine her narrative, focusing sharply on her primary objectives. Given the crowded landscape of breast cancer foundations, we devised a unique narrative and concept for her foundation, introducing a fresh perspective on the issue that deeply resonated with Arbela. We pivoted the focus towards her personal brand rather than solely on the foundation, outlining strategies to secure the necessary funding for both her personal endeavors and the foundation. This shift opened doors to potential collaborations, from film documentary projects with renowned directors to partnerships with lifestyle brands.
