Built by operators who have shipped retail and institutional surfaces at scale, ranging from liquidity aggregation that became core onchain routing infrastructure, to identity and wallet primitives that defined consumer crypto, to execution rails sold into institutional trading desks. We think in marketplaces and aggregation patterns, which is how GTM actually works once you scale past your first ten thousand users.

Execution that holds. Strategy work usually dies on contact with the market. Ours does not, because we built it knowing what the market does. We run tested operations that let us pressure-test narratives against dozens of audience and investor personas before launch, iterate content and positioning at velocity, and ship senior-quality work without the coordination tax of conventional agency benches. The output is a strategy that survives the first ninety days and a cadence that keeps it alive past them.

Capital strategy. Fundraising narratives that close rounds with the investors who actually understand the category. Round architecture, investor sequencing, and the unfashionable work of building a cap table you can still raise into two years from now. Across three cycles, we have raised over $300M for founders and sat across the table from hedge funds, HFTs, market makers, tier-one funds, and the major exchanges. We know which fund will say yes to which narrative, and we know which fund you should not take money from, regardless of what they offer.
